This website is administered by Budimex S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (01-204) at ul. Siedmiogrodzka 9 (hereinafter “Controller” or “we”), which is the Controller of your personal data.

The Administrator attaches importance to the protection of privacy and protection of personal data.   • possible determination and pursuit of claims or defence against claims – the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in the protection of our rights.

APPLICATION FORM

We provide the opportunity to submit an application form for the “Budimex Acceleration Program,” which aims to identify product, service, or process solutions that may be applied in the innovation areas designated by the Controller and recommend selected entities for collaboration.

Your personal data will be processed by the Controller to conduct correspondence related to your submitted application. Using the form requires providing personal data necessary to establish contact. You may also consent to future recruitment for acceleration programs. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Program.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  • recruitment for the “Budimex Acceleration Program” – the legal basis for processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest in identifying product, service, or process solutions that may be applicable in the innovation areas identified by the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  • communication related to the progress of the “Budimex Acceleration Program” – the legal basis for processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest in conducting communication with participants of the “Budimex Acceleration Program” (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  • establishing or pursuing potential claims or defending against such claims by the Controller – the legal basis for processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest in protecting its business interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Your data will be processed for the period:

  • where processing is based on legitimate interest – for as long as the Controller has a legitimate interest, unless you object to processing;
  • the processing period may be extended for the duration of the statute of limitations if the processing of personal data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims by the Controller.

4. Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data

You have the right to access the content of your data and request their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in Poland it is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

5. Security of personal data

We conduct ongoing risk analysis to ensure that personal data is processed securely, i.e. that only authorised persons have access to the data and only to the extent that it is necessary due to the tasks they perform. We make sure that all operations on personal data are registered and performed only by authorized employees and associates.

The Administrator takes all necessary actions to ensure that its subcontractors and other cooperating entities also guarantee the use of appropriate security measures in each case when they process personal data on our behalf.

6. Server logs

Using the website involves sending queries to the server on which the website is stored. Each query directed to the server is saved in the server logs. Logs include your IP address, server date and time, information about your web browser and the operating system you are using. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
